Scott Richard
I grew up in Cody, Wyoming and started my career in Phoenix, Arizona as a freelance designer while obtaining my degree in Computer Animation from Al Collins Graphic Design School. After a few years in the industry I moved to San Diego, California where I became self employed and started working with corporate companies as a sub-contractor. I developed my skills in Graphic Design, Computer Animation and Video Production before returning to Cody.
The last several years I've watched our business grow and am proud to say that we have stood the test of time and are second to none when it comes to web development, e-commerce, and content management systems.

I've lived in Cody since early 2001, bringing my freelance programming/consulting business up from Denver. In early 2006 I joined up with Richbank Studios full time, designing content management systems in Cold Fusion and MySQL for dynamic websites, as well as business logic solutions. Over the last ten years, I've worked professionally with MySQL, MS-SQL, VBA, Perl, PHP, Cold Fusion, HTML, Java on both IIS and Apache web servers.

As far as my experience on the technical side of things. I'm sort of an old school purist when it comes to web development. I started just tinkering with computers and programming when I attended the University Of Nevada Reno, and eventually got a gig as the webmaster at the Seismology Department at UNR. If you feel like Ego surfing for me you can still find my name on a few pages around their UNR Seismology. It was there that I was first introduced to Java, PHP, Pearl, And the MYSQL Database Server. I primarily created Data Driven pages using Java Server Pages and MYSQL in those early years. I eventually took it upon myself to learn to program pages in Microsofts Active Server Pages/ VB Script, using MS Access, SQL Server, and of course my old trusty friend MYSQL.
I also do a variety of Network, and Hardware trouble shooting for small businesses around the Cody area.
Here at Richbank-Studios, we've gotten a little more specialized over the years sticking to what we like to use as far as software, and programming language choices. So 90% of the web sites we do are written in Macromedia's Coldfusion, and MYSQL as the database backend. I hope you thoroughly enjoy your visit to our site, and hit up the contact link if you have any questions.
