Yes you can use any PHP application you wish with your hosting account along with a variety of other Programming Languages. Our servers are not strictly CF Servers, you can use PHP 5.3, CF 9, and ASP.NET Applications without Issue.
We keep a 7 day backup of your website, meaning we can return your site to the state it was in up 7 days in the past. We utilize a piece of software called Vembu Storegird that backs the data up to a remote server, and site files and databases can be restored from that server.
